Former Albion favourite David Lopez is set for a new football adventure – in Colombia.
The Spanish midfielder will head to South America for the new season in January with Patriotas Boyaca.
He is currently turning out for fourth-tier Spanish outfit Novelda, who are owned by the Colombian club.
He said: “I hadn’t intended to play in that level but this option came up in Colombia through my agent.
“It’s a big club, it’s first division. So I’m playing for Novelda, I’m physically fit and ready to go.”
David is VIP guest at the Amex this evening for the Premier League match against Crystal Palace.
