Chris Eubank Junior will fight James DeGale at the O2 Arena, London, on Saturday, February 23.
Tickets will go on sale on Monday January 7 for the super-middleweight showdown which will be shown on ITV Box Office.
DeGale (25-2-1) is the former two-time IBF super-middleweight world champion while Eubank Jr (27-2-0) won the IBO title in 2017.
Eubank Jr claimed: "DeGale is going to get the schooling of his career. A good old-fashioned hiding."
DeGale has written off Eubank's chances.
He said: "I believe Eubank doesn't have the pedigree, the size and skill to beat me."
