All eyes are on Aaron Connolly as Albion under-23s return to action against Arsenal at Crawley FC tonight (7pm).

The prolific Republic of Ireland striker has been linked with several clubs in recent months as negotiations continue over a new contract.

Seventeen-goal Connolly won the Premier League 2 player of the month award in November and has also been shortlisted for the December prize.

Simon Rusk's under-23s are third in the table after winning at West Ham before the festive break.

Arsenal are six points and five places behind them. Albion held them to a 1-1 draw at the Emirates earlier in the season, Connolly snatching a late equaliser.
