Liverpool have been hit by injuries and illness ahead of Saturday's visit to Albion.
Star defender Virgil van Dijk is among the players under the weather.
Manager Jurgen Klopp has made nine changes for Liverpool's FA Cup third round tie against Wolves at Molineux tonight.
Dejan Lovren and James Milner are the only survivors of the leaders' first Premier League defeat of the season at champions Manchester City last week.
Klopp (above), speaking before the Wolves tie, revealed: "I had to make these changes. A few players were really ill and then in the last session yesterday we lost Adam Lallana with a minor thing, but it's enough not to play – and Jordan Henderson had something from the Man City game.
"We had to make a few changes already, it was clear. Virgil van Dijk cannot play; he is at home and hopefully it is nothing, but he has played all the games so far, so we had to try to find a solution for that – and we found it, hopefully, with Fabinho."
