Liverpool's defensive injury worries mounted tonight ahead of Saturday's trip to the Amex to face Albion as they were beaten 2-1 at Wolves in the FA Cup.
Dejan Lovren went off with a hamstring injury after just five minutes at Molineux.
The Croatian World Cup runner-up was replaced by 16-year-old Ki-Jana Hoever, who became Liverpool's youngest-ever FA Cup player.
Manager Jurgen Klopp revealed before the match that Lovren's centre-half partner Virgil van Dijk was "at home" due to illness which has hit a "few players".
Goals in each half by Portugese pair Raul Jimenez and Ruben Neves dumped Liverpool out of the third round tie. Divock Origi replied for Klopp's much-changed side.
Liverpool come to the Amex on the back of successive defeats, having lost their unbeaten Premier League record at Manchester City last week.
