Albion are on the brink of signing Slovenian striker Jan Mlakar from Maribor for Simon Rusk's under-23s, The Argus understands.
The 20-year-old, previously with Fiorentina, has represented his country from under-15s to B level.
The January transfer window has been quiet at first team level but hectic in terms of under-23s ins and outs.
Mlakar will be the 12th bit of business conducted, covering signings, departures and loan recalls.
