Albion are making a second overseas addition to their under-23s squad on transfer deadline day, as revealed by The Argus this morning.

The Seagulls are on the verge of completing a deal for versatile Romanian teenager Tudor Baluta.

The 19-year-old has already made nearly 50 first team appearances for Viitorul and has played for them in the Europa League.

Baluta can play in midfield or as a central defender.

The Argus earlier reported the impending capture of 20-year-old Slovenian striker Jan Mlakar from Maribor for the under-23s.
