Andy Naylor and Brian Owen rate the Albion players in the 0-0 draw against Watford at the Amex.

MATHEW RYAN 6: Very little to do after those four second half goals at Fulham. Will be pleased with a first clean sheet since October.

MARTIN MONTOYA 7: Accomplished all-round display. Now seeing more of what the Spaniard can offer going forward.

SHANE DUFFY 7: Came close to his fifth of the season with an overhead kick which forced Foster to improvise. Powerful preference as usual in the air.

LEWIS DUNK 7: Extraordinary desire to defend when Gray threatened to nick a winner, trying to head the ball on the floor and then trapping it between his legs.

GAETAN BONG 7: Solid display in which he linked up well with Locadia at times. Popped up in the box for a shot that sailed over.

DAVY PROPPER 8: A late change of role and was a strong presence at the base of the midfield triangle, coupled with good use of the ball. One blemish – missed a great chance.

PASCAL GROSS 7: Swirled and dipped in some tempting crosses, including those from which Locadia twice tested Foster. Found some useful pockets of space.

YVES BISSOUMA 7: A late call-up and brought the anticipated energy plus some quality. Almost won it late on with a fierce blast.

SOLLY MARCH 8: Maybe it was the way Holebas snapped at his heels early on but he looked fired up to run at his man and create chances. A real threat.

GLENN MURRAY 6: A frustrating afternoon. Gross and Locadia tried but failed to find him with first-half crosses and he later headed a tough chance over.

JURGEN LOCADIA 7: Could have been the hero with either of two good headers which tested Foster. Not so incisive on the ground.

Subs

FLORIN ANDONE: Was lively but could not beat Foster when in on goal.
