Albion have named 23 players in their revised Premier League squad.
Every club had to submit an updated list after the January transfer window.
Clubs can name up to 25 players, of which no more than 17 are allowed who do not fall into the Home Grown Player category.
The figures exclude registered under-21 players.
Albion have not taken their full quota. Dan Burn has come in after he was loaned back to Wigan when signing in the summer.
Markus Suttner, Ezequiel Schelotto and Ben Barclay, named in the squad for the first half of the season, have gone on loan to Fortuna Dusseldorf, Chievo and Notts County respectively.
