Albion midfielder Beram Kayal has suffered another injury blow on international duty.

He was forced off in the 63rd minute of Israel's 1-1 home draw with Slovenia tonight in the Euro 2020 qualifiers.

Kayal has featured throughout the Seagulls' run to the semi-finals of the FA Cup. He played in Sunday's dramatic quarter-final win at Millwall.

The 30-year-old has undergone surgery eight times during his career.

According to a source in Israel, Kayal expects to be fit to face Austria on Sunday.

Fellow Albion midfielder Davy Propper came on for the second half of a 4-0 home win for the Netherlands against Belarus.
