Beram Kayal will be fit for the start of a hectic run of fixtures for Albion - providing he comes through Sunday's match for Israel against Austria.
The midfielder went off in the second half of last night's 1-1 home draw against Slovenia.
Reports suggested an injury but The Argus can reveal he felt sick and disoriented.
He expects to be available for Israel's second fixture of their Euro 2020 qualifying campaign against the Austrians.
Albion boss Chris Hughton has already said he will need every member of the squad to cope with eight matches in four weeks, seven of them in 25 days in April including the FA Cup semi-final against Manchester City at Wembley.
Kayal has not started in the Premier League for four months but has been an integral part of the FA Cup run.
