Albion will have four players in the African Cup of Nations finals in Egypt in June and July.
Percy Tau joins Gaetan Bong, Leon Balogun and Yves Bissouma after he was a goal scoring hero for South Africa.
Tau produced two fine finishes in the second half of the vital clash against Libya in Tunisia.
South Africa, needing a point to qualify behind Balogun's Nigeria, won 2-1.
Tau is on loan for the season to Union-Saint Gilloise, the Belgian club owned by Albion chairman Tony Bloom, as part of the process to try to secure a work permit.
Bong (Cameroon) and Bissouma (Mali) will also be involved in the finals in the summer.
