Albion under-23s are still in the title hunt - thanks to a favour from Manchester City.

League leaders Everton lost 4-3 at City today, keeping the chances of Simon Rusk's youngsters very much alive.

They are three points behind Everton with two games to go, the next a top-of-the-table showdown at Goodison Park on April 15, after drawing 2-2 with Swansea at the Amex on Friday evening.

That handed Everton a chance, with a superior goal difference, to virtually seal the title. They led early at City, went 3-1 down and recovered to 3-3 before losing.

Albion will take the race to the final day of the season on April 29 if they avoid defeat at Goodison.

They host Chelsea on the last day, while Everton visit West Ham.
