Albion will be playing fixture catch-up with relegation rivals Cardiff twice in succession during the run-in.
Their final away game of the season against Arsenal at The Emirates will be moved back now that the Gunners have reached the Europa League semi-finals, probably to the Sunday.
The Arsenal match was scheduled to take place on Saturday May 4 (3pm), with Cardiff at home to Crystal Palace later the same day (5.30pm).
Unai Emery's team are at home to Valencia in the first leg of the Europa League semi-finals on Thursday May 2 (8pm).
The second leg is in Spain a week later, so Albion's visit will be sandwiched in-between.
On April 27, Albion do not kick-off their home game against Newcastle until 5.30pm because of live TV.
Cardiff go to relegated Fulham the same day (3pm).
