Albion's FA Cup semi-final referee Anthony Taylor takes charge of them again on Sunday after controversy at Wembley.
He has been appointed for the Seagulls' final away game of the season against Arsenal at The Emirates.
Taylor showed Kyle Walker only a yellow card after the Manchester City and England full-back touched heads with Alireza Jahanbakhsh in the first half of Albion's 1-0 semi-final defeat.
Taylor issued his only red card in the Premier League this season to Arsenal's Lucas Torreira at the end of their Northon London derby draw away to Spurs last month.
