Manchester City will have to wait to get their hands on the Premier League trophy at the Amex against Albion if they retain the title.
Seagulls boss Chris Hughton and his players will return to the pitch at the end of the game for a lap of appreciation.
Only then will the trophy, if applicable, be presented to Pep Guardiola's team.
City are a point ahead of Liverpool, who face Wolves in their final match at Anfield on Sunday.
Albion's safety was sealed by arch rivals Crystal Palace winning at Cardiff last Saturday.
