ALBION defender Ben White is on the brink of completing a loan move to Leeds United.
The 21-year-old, pictured, will spend the 2019-20 season in Yorkshire as manager Marcelo Bielsa plots another promotion push for the Premier League at Elland Road.
The Seagulls regard the next step up for White as an ideal move for his continuing development. He is under contract until 2021 and highly regarded at The Amex.
The Argus revealed last month Bielsa’s interest in adding White to his Championship squad.
He is comfortable on the ball and equipped to rise a level again following loan spells at Newport County in League Two and Peterborough in League One in the last two seasons.
Meanwhile, James Tilley, 21, is likely to be loaned out to a lower league club in England after finishing his loan spell at Cork City in Ireland with an injury. He scored once in 28 outings for Cork.
