Albion's trip to managerless Newcastle has been moved for TV.
The match at St James' Park on Saturday September 21 will be screened live by Sky with a 5.30pm kick-off, instead of 3pm.
It means disruption for away fans travelling by rail. The last train back to London leaves at 7.04pm - before the match finishes.
Albion won last season's corresponding fixture, Beram Kayal scoring the only goal.
The game against Manchester United at Old Trafford has a new date. It will now be played on Sunday November 10, not Saturday November 9, because of United's involvement in the Europa League.
The fixture against Arsenal at The Emirates, scheduled for Tuesday December 3, will be shifted for the same reason.
The new date will be confirmed in October, once the broadcast selections are made for December.
