MATY RYAN insists Albion’s approach against the top six will not change whether they are home or away.

The Seagulls host Tottenham on Saturday aiming for a first win at the Amex since March.

They have already faced two of last season’s top six so far in champions Manchester City and Chelsea, both away from home, and have been beaten.

But they believe they have tried to be positive against the big guns and will aim to do the same versus Spurs.

Ryan was keen to point out Albion’s approach will not change.

He said: “Both top-six teams we have played so far this season have been away so it’s a challenge but I don’t think our philosophy or approach has changed.

“Whether we are playing home or away, we have been positive and on the front foot by trying to take the game to teams.

"If you can do that away from home and against big teams, then I’m sure we will keep on improving on that and we are going to be more successful moving forward.”
