Solly March has been declared fit for Albion's game against Tottenham.
But the Seagulls will wait until tomorrow before deciding whether Davy Propper makes the 18 on Saturday.
March missed games at Newcastle and Chelsea with a minor thigh injury.
Propper was ruled out by a hamstring problem at Stamford Bridge.
Shane Duffy is still out with a calf injury but is making progress.
Albion head coach Potter said: “Solly has been training and will be in the squad, Ali (Jahanbakhsh) is alright. Davy we will make a decision on tomorrow.
“Shane is making good progress but he will not make the game. Leandro will not make the game, neither will Berny (Bernardo).
“Leon Balogun will be back in the squad so we are making progress.
Jose Izquierdo is back in light training after a serious knee injury but any return to action remains some way off.
Potter said: “Jose was back out on the pitch for the first time, but it is quite slow give the operation and the injury. I will not be putting any time-frame on his return given the injury.”
