Tottenham goalkeeper Hugo Lloris was carried off injured after Albion took an early lead today at the Amex.
The Spurs keeper gifted Neal Maupay a third-minute opener when he dropped an inswinging Pascal Gross cross and the striker nodded home.

The Tottenham keeper fell awkwardly in the process with his left arm appearing to buckle as he hit the pitch.
He received lengthy treatment before being carried off on a stretcher.
