Albion's two-goal hero Aaron Connolly has been promoted to Mick McCarthy's Republic of Ireland senior squad.
Connolly scored twice today as Albion beat Tottenham 3-0 at the Amex.
The 19-year-old was initially named in the Republic's under-21s for their two forthcoming qualifiers.
The Galway-born hitman will now be aiming for his first senior starts in the Euro 2020 qualifiers in Georgia and Switzerland in group D.
Connolly has got the nod after a hamstring injury ruled out Portsmouth’s Ronan Curtis.
