Graham Potter is delighted to see Aaron Mooy show Albion fans what he is all about.

Potter rated the on-loan midfielder’s display in the 3-0 win over Tottenham s his best yet for the club.

Now Seagulls fans hope to see more of the same when the midfielder returns from globetrotting international duty.

Mooy is with Australia as they prepare to play Nepal in Canberra as part of their qualifying campaign for the 2022 World Cup.

He left on a high after impressing in the 3-0 win over Tottenham.

Albion head coach Potter said: “I thought it was his best performance.

“I don’t want to speak too much about individuals because I thought collectively we were fantastic, from Maty Ryan up to Neal Maupay and Aaron Connolly.

“But I was pleased for Aaron Mooy.

“He gave us a good balance, a tactical understanding.

“He played in little pockets, got in spaces and he contributed to a really good performance.”

Mooy and Ryan move on at the end of the week to Kaohsiung City in Taiwan, where they will continue their World Cup schedule against Chinese Taipei.
