In-form Bojan Radulovic has been told to enjoy his goals - and keep working at his game.
The Serbian signed from Spain has netted four times in his last three under-23 appearances, two of which were off the bench.
He could have a key role to play when Albion’s youngsters face Newport County at the Amex in the Leasings.com Trophy tomorrow.
Development squad boss Simon Rusk said: “Bojan is a prolific goalscorer.
“He has proven that he will score goals given the chances.
“He has just got to keep plugging away at other areas of his game and hopefully the goals will do his confidence some good.”
Radulovic, who previously played for Lleida, has netted against Hastings, Liverpool (twice) and West Ham recently.
Albion face a Newport side who won 1-0 at Maldon and Tiptree in the FA Cup on Friday.
