Aaron Mooy is enjoying his football in Albion’s midfield.
But Graham Potter says there have been no talks about making his stay more permanent.
Mooy is with the Seagulls for the season on a loan deal from Championship strugglers Huddersfield.
He earned star billing in the 2-1 win at Arsenal on Thursday.
Potter told The Argus: “There have been no discussions.
“We are just happy with him here and helping him enjoy his football, which I think he is.
“He seems to be happy here and fitting in well with the guys and likes the role he has got.”
Mooy has responded to the disappointment of a red card at Aston Villa and was arguably at his best at the Emirates.
Potter added: “It was a really good performance defensively. Offensively, he really influenced the game, I thought.
“He plays for the team, unselfish, great lad.
“He had a setback if you like with his sending-off but has reacted in a fantastic way.”
Albion’s players who were involved at Arsenal had a recovery session yesterday and Potter will consider whether to freshen his line-up for tomorrow’s visit of Wolves (4.30pm).
He said: “It’s something we will consider. We will see how the boys recover and make a call later.”
