Lewis Dunk is expected to stay with Albion – despite a claim of Chelsea interest.
A well-placed source says a report of an inquiry for the defender from the Stamford Bridge club is “absolute nonsense”.
Chelsea are now free to make signings after a transfer ban was lifted.
Dunk is under contract until June 2023 and Albion see him as a big part of their long-term ambition to become a top-ten Premier League club.
