Hee-Chan Hwang tackles Andrew Robertson of Liverpool
Red Bull Salzburg are raising the stakes as they aim to keep a prized asset.
Albion are among several clubs tracking their South Korean star Hee-Chan Hwang.
Hwang is reported to be rated at about £27 million.
But Salzburg chief Christoph Freund said: “We won’t sell Hwang, not even for 40 million Euros (about £34 million).”
