Albion have completed the signing of winger Maxime Bennink on a loan deal from Reading until the end of the season.

The Netherlands under-23 international has put pen to paper on a contract at the club until 30th June 2020.

Manager Hope Powell said: “We are delighted to welcome Maxime to the club, as she is a player that we’ve closely monitored in recent months.

“One of our main priorities during this January window was to strengthen our existing attacking options, and we have been able to do that with the addition of Maxime.

“She is a young and direct player that will add to the competition for places in those areas, and we are very much looking forward to working with her in the months ahead.”

Bennink began her career at FC Twente and made two appearances in their title winning side of 2016.

She then moved to PEC Zwolle, and remained there for three seasons, before her move to Reading in August last year.
