Albion have officially confirmed the recall of Alexis Mac Allister from his loan spell with Boca Juniors.
He is expected to link up with Graham Potter's squad once the Olympic qualifiers, in which he is involved with Argentina under-23s, conclude next weekend.
That will give him time to settle during the Seagulls’ winter break.
His first match could be at Sheffield United on February 22 – and his home debut could be versus Crystal Palace.
The Argus website revealed last night Albion had reached agreement with Boca Juniors for an early end to Mac Allister’s season-long loan.
