Red-hot Crawley frontman Ollie Palmer has been nominated for the Sky Bet League Two player of the month award for January.
Palmer has seven goals in 2020 - six of which came in the opening month.
The powerful centre-forward bagged doubles at Bradford, Grimsby and Plymouth Argyle to take his tally to six in five games. He also added an assist in the goal run.
Palmer is up against three other players for the award.
Winger Nicky Adams (Northampton Town), striker Luke Jephcott (Plymouth Argyle) and goalkeeper Jonny Maxted (Exeter City).
Adams supplied four assists for the Cobblers and netted once while Pilgrims’ Jephcott, 20, got five goals from four starts including one against the Reds at Home Park. Maxted kept four clean sheets in the month and saved a penalty.
The winner will be announced on Friday.
