Ezequiel Schelotto thought Albion should have had a penalty.
The right-back was particularly surprised that referee Kevin Friend and VAR Andre Marriner did not take a closer look at the incident in which he went down after a tangle with Gerard Deulofeu.
Schelotto went down as he tried to latch on to Dan Burn’s deflected cross.
Asked whether Albion should have been awarded a spot-kick, he told The Argus: “I think so.
“I am a player who doesn’t know how to dive.
“I had the ball in front of me and, when I was about to shoot, I felt someone touch me from behind.
“I fell and I was surprised the referee did not review the incident.
“When you see in other matches, they have always looked again at doubtful incidents.
“But they didn’t look again at this one.
“I think he touched me from behind and that was why I fell.”
