SHANE DUFFY insists Albion’s confidence has not been dented despite their winless run.

Albion have only won one of their last 11 games and are on a six-match winless streak since beating Bournemouth in the last game of 2019 at the Amex.

Four points from a possible 18 has left Albion 19th in the Premier League form table with only rivals Crystal Palace (3) having picked up less points.

Despite the Seagulls still looking for a first win of 2020, defender Duffy says Albion remain positive helped by comeback draws in the past two games against West Ham and Watford.

The centre-half said: “We’re all quite positive, the performances are there. We are a confident team and I don’t think many teams would come and beat us convincingly.

“But as we keep saying, we’ve seen good teams go down in the past so we’re aware of it. We’re aware of where we are so we just need to keep grafting and keep going. You’ve seen the last three games, we have a never-give-up attitude which we had in the first half of the season, so it’s nice to get that back.”
