Graham Potter has revealed Albion’s ‘Balloongate’ episode has been dealt with internally.

But he said players involved made “probably not the best decisions in the world”.

Four first-teamers were shown in a short video appearing to blow into balloons during the club’s getaway in Spain.

Potter did not specify what, if any, punishment has been handed out.

The head coach said: “They are having time among themselves.

“Probably not the best decisions in the world but they are on a break.

“We have dealt with it as a group and internally and how to represent themselves.

"At the same time, they are human beings and occasionally they might do things that aren’t so clever.

“They are having time together.

“The actual thing they are doing isn’t good but, in terms of being out and enjoying each other’s company, I don’t that is such a bad thing.

“On a break, that is what they are supposed to be doing.

“We need to be careful not to demonise people because they are Premier League players or celebrities. They are on their holiday but at the same time we were working as well.

“But clearly the photos don’t represent them in the light they would like.”
