Albion legend Bruno has urged people to stay safe, stay smart and spread kindness during the coronavirus pandemic.
He delivered his message via social media, wearing a replica of the tracksuit top the Seagulls wore at Wembley for the 1983 FA Cup final.
The former skipper said: “Hi, it’s Bruno here and I want to send a message to all my community and to other communities in the UK.
“Please, follow the NHS recommendations, NHS protocols, especially the one where they talk about the six hand-washing steps.
“If you have any symptoms, stay at home.
“At the same time, in this difficult period of our lives, please try to help elderly people, help families that are already self-isolated or our neighbours to have the basics they need.
“If you want more information, you can check NHS UK or the NHS website.
“Nothing else amigos - stay safe, stay smart and spread kindness.”
