Albion have reopened parts of their training base in Lancing – but on a very limited and controlled basis in line with social distancing rules.

A return to normal service still appears some way away.

First team players are being allowed restricted external access to training pitches for non-compulsory individual sessions.

There will be no group sessions or internal access to the main building. Players will need to book in advance and will be be allotted staggered arrival slots.

They are being allocated their own area to train and expected to fully adhere to social distancing rules at all times.

Players will arrive and leave in training kit with no changing access.

They must take their own drinks and stick to basic training needs such as running, stretching and core work.
