Guy Butters has been handed his first League One start for six weeks.
Butters lines up alongside Tommy Elphick in the heart of the Albion defence at Leyton Orient today.
David Martot and Dean Cox retain the wide berths they filled against Cheltenham on Wednesday and Tommy Fraser is the man to miss out in central midfield.
