Florin Andone is expected to be the focus of transfer attention when the summer window eventually opens.
The Albion striker is reportedly on his way out at Galatasaray, where he has been on loan this season.
Celtic and Rangers have both been linked with the fiery Romania international, who was previously at Deportivo La Coruna.
Andone is not expected to have a future at Albion under head coach Graham Potter.
He was allowed to leave at the end of August after an opening-day goal at Watford was overshadowed by a red card when he started against Southampton.
A knee injury has limited him to six league starts and two goals in Turkey.
It is unclear when the transfer window will open this summer as many leagues work on completing their 2019-20 campaign.
