Cricket training is returning to Hove.
The 1st Central County Ground is one of seven venues selected to host individual sessions for England men’s bowlers from tomorrow.
That is likely to be good news for Hove-based Sussex star Jofra Archer, who recently posted a video of himself bowling in what appeared to be a car park belonging to a residential property.
The sessions will be subject to stringent health, safety and distancing controls.
Batsmen and wicketkeepers will return to individual training in two weeks’ time. It is expected that additional venues across the country will be added to accommodate them.
Training is closed to the public.
