Albion have offered a glimpse of what training looks like after the coronavirus shutdown.
The club posted a video on social media with clips from behind the scenes at Lancing.
It could be any training session as warm-ups and some sprints are shown though the players are, of course, observing social distancing guidelines.
There is even some tackling, shot during the 15 minutes in which close contact between players is allowed.

Young defender Haydon Roberts gets in a strong challenge at one point.
But it is all very different as players don gloves to lift weights and equipment is sprayed and wiped down before use.
Pascal Gross gives a staff member a quizzical smile before taking his turn pumping iron.
Physio Adam Brett is seen wearing a mask across his mouth and nose out on the training pitches.
And the final shot shows a football being sprayed.
All part of what tends to be called the ‘new normal’ these days as players prepare for action next month.
