Tottenham have recorded a positive test for Covid-19
Tottenham have recorded the only positive result from the latest round of Premier League tests for Covid-19.
The club have reported the individual concerned, who is not being identified, is asymptomatic and will self-isolate for seven days.
The result came from 1,197 tests carried out on Monday and Tuesday.
