Albion are hoping for good news on Adam Webster after he left their game at Leicester early.
The defender was replaced by Shane Duffy midway through the first half of the 0-0 draw.
He will be checked today but Albion appeared confident last night the injury would not be serious.
Webster has almost a week to recover for the next match, at home to Manchester United next Tuesday.
Duffy helped the Seagulls offer Maty Ryan excellent protection as Albion recorded a second successive 0-0 draw away from home, 109 days apart.
Head coach Graham Potter said of Webster: “He just felt his hamstring. We are hoping he is not too bad but he had to come off.
“It was precautionary. It didn’t make sense to stay on.
“But I thought Shane did really well when he came on as well so I am delighted for him.”
Albion also drew 0-0 at Wolves just before the 15-week halt in fixtures due to coronavirus.
