Leandro Trossard has been told he has the talent to increase his goals tally.
The Belgian scored his fourth for Albion and first away from the Amex to secure a 1-0 success at Norwich.
Head coach Graham Potter said: “His quality is there, absolutely, and the challenge for us, the challenge for Leo, is to have more of those things.
“More assists, more goals. He has the talent to do that.
“He needs to work. He needs to work for the team as well.
“He is coming into the country, he is trying to adapt to the league, adapt to his new team-mates.
“It can take time. I think he is one of those who will better and better as we go forward.”
