Craig Pawson will take charge of Albion's home game against Liverpool.
It is only his second Premier League appointment at the Amex.
The first was for the famous 1-0 win over Manchester United which secured safety two years ago.
Pawson has refereed 19 Premier League games this season, starting at Watford on opening day when Albion won 3-0.
He also did their 1-1 draw at Crystal Palace - and was the man Eagles fans thought should have red-carded eventual matchwinner Anthony Knockaert in the first minute of the same fixture last season.
The West Yorkshire official has shown red twice in the Premier League this season.
Simon Hooper will be on video duties when the new champions visit.
The full team is as follows…..
Referee: Craig Pawson.
Assistants: Constantine Hatzidakis, Dan Robathan.
Fourth official: Keith Stroud.
Replacement official: Stuart Butler.
VAR: Simon Hooper.
Assistant VAR: Derek Eaton.
