Neal Maupay says Albion were on top form in their 3-0 win over Newcastle yesterday.
Maupay notched a brace, with Aaron Connolly scoring the other goal.
Albion have certainly bounced back from their defeat against Chelsea in their Premier League opener.
Since then they have scored seven goals in their last two matches in all competitions without reply and Maupay says everyone was on their game for Albion.
He said: “It was a top performance from the whole team.
“It started with the cup game, even against Chelsea we got a bit unlucky because there were plenty of good things to take from that game.
“Everyone was on top of their game today.
“We started really well, we put pressure on them and played with confidence, so it was a very good afternoon and we need to keep going.”
