Doncaster manager Darren Moore say there is still plenty to come from Albion loanee Taylor Richards.

The 19-year-old midfielder is currently on a season-long loan at the League One side.

And Moore believes Richards has plenty to offer Rovers.

He said: “With Taylor, you’ve not seen nowhere near what we believe he can be and what he is doing is working towards that, “Only time will tell with him.

“Even in these early stages, as much as the signs are promising, certainly with me as his manager there is a lot more to come from him and that will be with time."

However, Moore has insisted it will take Richards time to get used to senior men’s football.

Speaking to Doncaster Free Press he said: “It won’t be an overnight thing.

"He needs the games, the training and the volume and to have that mental stimulation to bring forth that undoubted talent we know he’s got in him.

“At the moment he’s enjoying his football, he’s overcoming hurdles of trying to perform consistently, tring to get a physical base of fitness, trying to get match fitness.

"All those things go hand in hand with working towards getting the game towards the level we and him want him to be.

“He'll say it’s been a good start for him but he’s probably nowhere near where he wants to be.

“Taylor is another youngster in the football circuit that wants to have first team football.

“He’s just reached that age where he wants to go out and play and showcase his talents on the front line and we could provide him that.”
