Simon Hooper has been named as referee for Albion's game at Everton.
The Wiltshire official acted as VAR during the Seagulls’ controversial 3-2 home defeat by Manchester United.
His role in referee Chris Kavanagh’s decision to cancel a penalty awarded to the home side was later called into question by ex-ref Peter Walton on BT Sport.

Hooper will be at the Amex tonight as fourth official when Graham Scott takes charge of the Carabao Cup tie versus United.
