Albion head coach Hope Powell has won the Barclays Women’s Super League Manager of the month award for September.
Powell guided Albion to a 2-0 win over Birmingham and a 0-0 draw away at last season's runners up in the WSL Manchester City last month.
And Powell was delighted to have received the accolade.
She said: "I am really pleased, I think I am more pleased because the players have done so well.
"So really it is about them, I appreciate I get the accolade.
"But unless they execute the game plan in place then obviously you wouldn't even get nominated.
"So on that front I am pleased for everybody involved, players and staff alike."
Powell beat Everton’s Willie Kirk, Manchester United’s Casey Stoney and Arsenal's Joe Montemurro to the award.
Albion keeper Megan Walsh was beaten to the player of the month by Arsenal midfielder Jill Roord.
