Eastbourne Borough have been drawn at home against Dulwitch Hamlet in the fourth qualifying round of the FA Cup.
The Sports made it through to the fourth round of qualifying by coming back from a goal down to beat Sheppey United 3-1.
Borough are the only Sussex side left in the competition.
Ties will take place on Saturday October 24, with all games to be decided on the day due to there being no replays in this season's competition.
Winning clubs receive £9375 from the prize fund with losing clubs also collecting £3125.
