Danny Welbeck wants to help Albion achieve their aim of becoming a top ten side in the Premier League.
Welbeck joined the Seagulls on a one-year deal on Sunday, after his contract was mutually terminated at Championship side Watford at the start of the month.
Albion's long-term aim is to become an established top ten side and Welbeck wants to help them to achieve their goal.
Speaking to the club's website, he said: “I know if I can contribute in the way that I want, then that will help the club achieve this success."
