Davy Propper and Christian Walton are on the way back to full fitness.
Albion head coach Graham Potter gave encouraging updates on both today.
Propper could even come into plans for the Premier League match at home to West Brom on Monday.
The Dutch international has been suffering from an Achilles problem.
Walton damaged his ankle in the pre-season friendly versus Chelsea almost two months ago.
At today's press conference, Potter said: “Davy is making good progress, he is getting closer and closer. He has trained this week.
“Again, he is one we'll probably assess towards the back end of the week but, as it stands at the moment, he is available providing there is no reaction.
“Christian – again, he is making good progress, he has trained today with the team, getting stronger and stronger, so I expect he is going to be pushing for some game time pretty soon.
“We are happy with his rehab.”
